I don’t recommend working with Olga.After I counted her to offer a solution for the project, she decided to leave a negative feedback.The TZ was initially prepared incorrectly.A lot of photos were planned to be used in the banner.It seems that a man has never worked with banners.He wanted to give up the project by feeling trouble, but then he decided to risk.I explained that for a desktop full screen up to 300 KB it is possible to use only a couple of big photos and I proposed an animation that was immediately approved.Then it turned out that it was necessary to do a resay with animation, with the TZ talking about a static image for the mobile.The budget for the additional work of Olya could not move even on the grin.With the resays there were difficulties due to the erroneously specified size by the edmixer, but in the end I finally prepared all the files and they were accepted by the system and here Olya decided to change the animation of the resays.This I’ve already refused to do by explaining that the resays are always made on the basis of the meter and if you need another animation – you need a supplement.For refusal to do additional work for free, Olya decided to write a negative review to me.The project was closed.In general, the nerve was good.I will experience the future to be extremely cautious working with fresh accounts without reviews that do not add to the reputation, both of mine and of others.
