    Goals and objectives:
    Develop a marketing strategy from scratch, using key relevant tools (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to achieve a stable number of sales;
    Attract new customers from Instagram & Facebook;
    Set up and launch targeted advertising;
    Maintain KPI and scale advertising campaigns.

    What has been done:
    Development of an advertising strategy across multiple sources;
    Development of unique selling propositions and offers;
    Creation of advertising creatives and texts;

    Caruso – a women's footwear brand in Ukraine. The brand has quite a large recognition in Ukraine and many active clients.

    In addition to the website, sales also come from the offline store, Instagram and Facebook pages, exhibitions.

    Goals and objectives:
    Maintain KPI and scale advertising campaigns;
    Establish a constant flow of new ideas that will allow scaling advertising and generating more profit.

    What has been done:
    Completely 0 created the entire advertising infrastructure for effective operation (business manager, advertising accounts, analytics);
    Integrated all advertising companies with the client's CRM system for effective sales department operation;

    Development of an advertising display strategy across several sources. Agreement on the company's positioning. Development of USP and offers. Content creation by the client according to our technical specifications;
    Creation of advertising creatives and texts. Agreement on advertising according to the advertising plan;
    Daily monitoring of results and timely adjustments. We also had weekly and monthly reports with regular planning meetings, where we adjusted our work based on client feedback.

    What advertising campaigns we used and for what:
    Website! Here the focus was on several advertising campaigns, namely on the product catalog on the website (cold and warm advertising) + regular conversions to sections/categories on the website.
    We also worked on the company's recognition in Ukraine using the "traffic" goal. Here, as the final landing page, we used Instagram and Facebook pages;
    Additionally, there was ongoing advertising on direct messages in Instagram, but this was handled by a specialist.

    audience by interests (we constantly gathered very different audiences to meet our KPIs);
    lookalike audiences created based on the client base;
    broad audience with a core of target interests (only women);
    retargeting campaigns (we chased the audience with our advertising);
    dynamic remarketing;
    catalog advertising.

    Results:
    During the work period, we invested about $79,000 in advertising (Facebook, Instagram). However, it should be noted that a significant portion of this budget was used by our colleagues on this project at different times + a lot of the budget was spent on the Instagram account itself (promoting posts + selection of various models in direct messages).

    As a result:
    Overall, the main task of keeping the cost per purchase under $10 and ROAS 5 and above was achieved. Of course, there were campaigns where the indicators were worse, but this is normal given the volume.

    VseDveri – the company is engaged in the sale of doors in the Ukrainian market, has its own brands and 21 offline stores, and is also a representative of many well-known brands in Ukraine.

    In addition to the online store, the company also has 21 offline stores in various cities of Ukraine and participates in exhibitions where it also sells its products. Besides Facebook advertising, the company is also quite active in Google advertising and SEO promotion.

    Goals and objectives:
    Improve and systematize work with Facebook advertising. Bring it into a systematic format, work on improving the visual part of the advertising + test alternative customer engagement funnels (quizzes, checklists, conversion, and others);

    Systematize and increase the number of applications without exceeding KPI (applications in a certain quantity and at a certain cost);
    Maintain KPI and scale advertising campaigns.

    What has been done:
    Integrations of all advertising campaigns with the client's CRM system for effective operation of the sales department;

    Development of an advertising funnel through a quiz. Integrations and connection of the quiz to analytics, CRM systems, etc.;
    Creation of advertising strategies, creatives, and texts. Coordination of advertising according to the advertising plan. Different options were tested for creatives to find the most effective ones;

    Lead forms were our most active story, due to the company's past experience + all company processes interacted well with this advertising goal. ONE OF THE MAIN GOALS IN ADVERTISING!

    Quiz. This idea was prompted by our good past experience with such a funnel in this niche, and we were quite determined regarding the quiz, but after starting our work and optimizing the lead form, the quiz simply yielded to effectiveness and we eventually abandoned it.;
    We also worked on the company's recognition in Ukraine using the "traffic" goal and promoting publications + from time to time launched various ads for temporary offers or hiring employees in a specific region of the country;

    During the work period, we invested about $23,500 in advertising (Facebook), not counting Google as this source was handled by other people.

    We achieved the following results (approximately):
    about 5000 direct applications for purchasing doors ($4.7 per application, but there may be some difference due to several traffic sources, attribution, delayed demand, and visits to offline stores);
    Overall, the main task was to keep the application cost under $5 without losing as KPI were for each region (there was an offline store in each region). Additional advertising campaigns for quizzes, vacancies for new employees, and recognition took up minimal budget and time, so they are not detailed.
