Здравствуйте. Нужна программа - бот на форум phpbb https://privoroti.com/forum/ который будет заходить в рандомные темы и оставлять комментарии из списка (список предоставим). Комментарии должны оставляться с разных ip и фиксировалось время пребывания на сайте. Нужен максимально человечный бот.

Есть наработки в данном направлении,под форум phpbb делать не приходилось но сути не меняет.
По поводу человечности как раз и есть большая часть наработок и в них вложено намного больше чем смена айпи. Полная имитация 5-ти браузеров их юзер-агентов включая все версии по каждому(для примера только у Firefox их как минимум 57 если считать полные,а есть еще 3.1 3.5 и тд) ,выбор ОС Win/Linux/Mobile и выбор разрешений экранов для каждого захода PC/Mac/laptop/Phone и тд и тп...
Постинг коментов и как и любую другую имитацию юзера можно реализовать и прикрепить к выше описанному блоку,все решаемо.
