Add E-mail confirmation to the form on the website.

Website on WordPress. There is already a form, the image is attached. After the user fills out the application, the following window needs to be added to the form (all in JavaScript, without page refresh):

Check your contacts:
Phone number to receive our call (insert the entered number in the same mask)
E-mail (insert the entered E-mail)
WhatsApp or Telegram (insert the entered data from the field)

We have sent a letter with a confirmation code to the specified E-mail (insert client email). Enter the code in the field below and click "Confirm":

(mask with the entered code, the user simply enters the code without a confirmation button, if the code is incorrect - a notification appears and the code turns red)
Button "GO BACK" and button "SUBMIT APPLICATION"
Attention! If you do not receive a letter, check the SPAM folder

Do not forget to add an error notification if the code is entered incorrectly after clicking "Confirm".
There are also two additional mini-tasks:
1. Pass the user's IP in the application. The send request should go to where applications are already received - CRM and tg group
2. Reformat the button on the first Screen into a scroll button "FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF<br>WITH VACANCIES" and an animated arrow down, which smoothly scrolls to another Screen

Сайт на WordPress. На нем уже есть форма, изображение добавил во вложении. После заполнения пользователем заявки, нужно добавить к форме следующее окно (все на джаваскрипте, без обновлений страницы):

Проверьте свои контакты:
Номер телефона, чтобы принять наш звонок (вставить вводимый номер в той же маске)
E-mail (вставить вводимый E-mail)
WhatsApp или Telegram (вставить вводимые данные с поля)

Мы отправили письмо с кодом подтверждения на указанный E-mail (вставить email клиента). Введите код в поле ниже и нажмите «Подтвердить»:

(маска с вводимым кодом, пользователь просто вводит код без кнопки подтверждения, если код неверный - появляется уведомление и код горит красным)
Кнопка «ВЕРНУТЬСЯ НАЗАД» и кнопка «ОТПРАВИТЬ ЗАЯВКУ»
Внимание! Если вам не приходит письмо, проверьте папку СПАМ

Не забыть добавить уведомление ошибки, если код введен неверно после нажатия «Подтвердить».
Также есть доп. две мини-задачи:
1. В заявке передавать ip пользователя. Send-запрос должен идти куда уже поступают заявки - СРМ и группу тг
2. Кнопку на первом Экране переформатировать в скролл-кнопку "ОЗНАКОМИТЬСЯ<br>С ВАКАНСИЯМИ" и анимированной стрелкой вниз, которая плавно пролистывает к другому Экрану
