Evidently, 2000 hryvnia appeared to him as 2000 euros, and he disappeared again, not responding for a week in any social network, the video he did not send me. The work is not done, the deposit money is apparently "adopted", absolutely unfair and irresponsible work. In general, it’s a shock even that a person with such a portfolio can work so... My mistake is to get up on the same robbery twice, but finding the illustrator is really difficult. I don't recommend this freelancer to anyone, it comes out to contact only after the arbitration))
