Доработка сайта Wordpress

Есть новостной сайт на WordPress на стадии разработки. Используется своя разработанная тема (БЕЗ сторонних скриптов и излишнего «мусора»), несколько разделов (объявления, фото, видео, статьи, каталог компаний и т.п.) реализованы на разных post_type, ACF + плагин мультиязычности.
Основное, что нужно сделать: настроить отображение пост-тайпов; для двух пост-тайпов реализовать возможность добавления материала пользователями на странице сайта (НЕ через админку), с последующей модерацией данных материалов админом через админку; настроить работу RSS-лент, доработать функционал мультиязычности, поправить адаптивность, а также другие задачи.
