3d Grass URP Shader

Main Goal
We need to get a special Unity3d grass shader with 3d models and texture assets setup for mobile devices on URP rendering systems. Shader
should be created by using Shader Graph. This shader must work on low-end devices and give a good level of graphics.

Shader features:
1. Shader must have color, normal, specular, occlusion texture maps. Material settings interface (Textures fields, tiling and offset, Color Tint,
normal power, smoothness, specular, occlusion power).
2. Shader should have wind simulation option. Create vertex animation to add wind effect on grass. Also you can use noise wind texture to
manipulate of power. Material settings interface (wind movements direction; wind density; wind strength; noise texture with tiling and
offset).
3. Hue variation. Implement hue variation system to add detail on grass color to make grass diverse over a large area. You can use
additional noise texture for hue variation power. Material settings interface (hue tint color; hue power; hue noise scale; noise texture with
tiling and offset).

Additional description
The visual effect of the shader is achieved using the main URP properties with information from UV map on the surface mesh. It works correct on
UV maps of test objects with your UV modification. For development you need to create new models and textures or improve examples models
with textures and setup shader parameters for a test. You need to create 4 prefabs of 3d grass in Unity test scene.
