Можно сделать пхп скрипт,который будет обрабатывать все нужные данные,считывать,записывать их назад в таблицу,файл и прочее, просто вы как-то издалека зашли в видео,не совсем ясно, что откуда берется и прочее, либо конечно я тупой, но видео, будто бы из контекста вырезано. Что за данные,откуда они берутся и собираются, записываются только в ручную и потом обрабатываются, парсятся откуда-то изначально и прочее.. в общем, как-то сложно понять, в чём именно состоит задача.
