1. превратить файлы приложения в пакет инсталляции (с возможностью задать иконку для инсталлера)
2. при установке инсталлер на компьютере пользователя запускает установку .net core 7, если он там не установлен)
3. загрузить инсталлер на свой FTP сервер
4. поддерживает запуск автообновления приложения (установленного ранее на компьютере пользователя) при наличии на сервере более свежей версии.
Ваша задача - показать как это все делается максимально подручными средствами (в идеале, все в рамках VS2022).
Поддержка систем Windows7, Windows10. Также важно, чтобы с вами можно было созвониться в Zoom (или где удобно) на 15-20 минут, задать несколько вопросов по реализации инсталлера.
Предпочтение тем исполнителям, кто сможет реализовать деплой через Github actions (чтобы инсталлер собирался и публиковался на сервер при мердже в ветку main).
