The drawings are ready, precise measurements have been taken.
Survey, monash, dismantling, furniture arrangement.
A 3D model is ready:
The building has been fully modeled, the interior is filled, 80% completed.
To give an idea, I will send one screenshot here, all other details and clarifications will be sent in private message.
I can do both drawing and visualization.
I need to finish the work because construction has started and I am running out of time.
Specifically:
Take the finished model, make slight adjustments, improve the design.
Set up clean final angles.
Refine the drawings to final version and possibly complete electrical drawings and other necessary details,
I explained the task briefly - don't be scared.
You won't need to fix others' mistakes or redo anything, I estimate the workload at 3-5 working days, we will discuss details personally.
The model is in 3ds Max, renderer is Corona.
High polygon count - so a good computer is needed.
I am looking for a talented visualizer who can work quickly and efficiently on ready-made models (meaning 3D and similar), no need to model from scratch, no need to buy models, I buy everything myself.
