Настроить сервер

Задачи которые не можем решить.
1. У нас есть сервер написанный на C#, к нему доступ через localhost есть, а вот уже удаленно не можем подключиться
2. Начали сами решать вопрос через разные службы, слетела база которая работала нормально. Теперь к ней тоже доступа нету
3. Так же бывает иногда что на сервере закрываются все окна, при завершении удаленной сессии

ужасно, но терпимо:
- по умолчанию если Вынь10/ВыньСервер - закрыто все в фаерволе (когда ставиться софт или запускаеться то спрашивает добаить ли правила на открытие порта или коннекта)- если сервер (сервис) это бинарник (ЕХЕ) то скорее всего или параметрами ком строки либо конф файлом можно настроить ИП и порт который он слушает (для запуска такого гавна должны быть админ права в системе)
- если сервер (сервис) это код в компиляторе - аналогично: смотрим как отдает логику меняем 127.0.0.1/localhost на 0.0.0.0 или свой внешний ИП
- если нужны службы:официальтные от МС (работает только с софтом которое запускаеться как сервис в МС Вынь):
