1. Уточните про копию - это данные по находящимся там сайтам или что-то ещё
2. Что из програм должна содержать "чистая" Ubuntu (это каждый понимает по своему)
3. Если панель ещё не выбрали, то у меня есть обоснованны рекомендации.
4. Про скрипт рассылок, пожалуйста, подробнее - есть готовый? какие у него требования к установленному софту? Или вам, просто, настроить почтовый сервер.
5. Показать могу и через TeamViewer и через демонстрацию экрана в Скайп.
