есть cron который ночтью "обрабатывает" файл
и загружает цены и картинки
есть модуль который берет ети даннные и добавляет в базу данных
так вот. модуль определяет текущий месяц. и отображает только цены доступные на текущий и последующие месяца

значит подписать можно до 2-го числа включительно
как-то так. суть в чем. что параметр доступности месяцев уже есть. нужно еще добавить параметр по дням
текущий месяц доступен. если сегодня <=23 - ОСП
