1) Микроразметка рейтинга на сайте присутствует, ошибок нет, но звезды не выводятся. Возможно есть проблема с реализацией.

У конкурента сайт на вордпресс и рейтинг он не делал программно, а чисто поставил плагин и вывел на нужных страницах.
У вас сайт на другом движке (возможно самопис), нужно просто внедрить разметку в код с примеров в гугл. -
Гугл сам решает выводить звёзды и цену для определенного сайта или нет. И как то не правильно с оплатой хотите поступить. Типа мои деньги будут зависеть от Гугла)
