You need to connect forms to the GUS system through the API in the BAS program (aka. 1C): https://api.stat.gov.pl/Home/RegonApi?lang=en
This should work as follows:
1 . When creating a counterpart, the manager enters the counterpart tax number (Polish NIP) in the field and presses the "Fill through GUS" button.
2nd Through the API in the address, counterpart name, phone and email field (if there is in the GUS base) the information from the base is drawn on the basis of the tax number.
In fact, the functionality should be the same as now, only the data should be absorbed from another base.

Нужно вместо ЄДРПОУ подключить формы к системе GUS через API в программе БАС (aka. 1C): https://api.stat.gov.pl/Home/RegonApi?lang=en
Работать это должно так:
1. При создании контрагента менеджер вписывает в поле налоговый номер контрагента (польский NIP) и нажимает кнопку "заполнить через GUS"
2. Через API в поля адрес, название контрагента, телефон и мейл (если есть в базе GUS) подтягивается информация из базы на основании налогового номера.
По сути, функционал должен быть такой же, как и сейчас, только данные должно подсасывать с другой базы
