1) Нам нужен человек на удаленную работу, умеющий правильно организовывать свое время и сдавать проекты в сроки;
2) Программист с хорошими знаниями и опытом работы c Drupal;
3) Человек, который умеет работать по ТЗ и отвечает за качество работы;
4) Важно уметь работать в команде, быть на онлайн совещаниях компании (раз в неделю), а так же, иметь возможность быть всегда на связи.
Что мы предлагаем:
1) Работа в дружном коллективе фрилансеров;
2) Выплата по факту закрытия проекта, поскольку с клиентами часто работаем по договору или по безопасной сделке;
3) В случае, если клиент не выплачивает деньги за закрытие проекта, а программист справился с заданием соблюдая все требования и сроки – компания все равно выплачивает деньги за работу;

Внутри компании работа ведется в скайпе и Битриксе 24; испытательный срок – 1 месяц, который никак не влияет на зарплату. Работа постоянная, проектов много.
