Renders and PSD post Proccesing

I need x15 renders with Posing characters, preparing environment, lights and post processing with Photoshop like Smoke, velocity or speed particles etc.
Since it's only a render it does not need any optimization. I just need the render and PSD file for edit if required.
I attach some examples of the work I need. Im looking for better quality and serious workers I usually require 15 to 60 renders per month.
I send 90% of models and images needed to do that.
