Если можно сообщите детали: Ваши курсы размещены на каких-то платформах и вы соединяетесь по API, ваши курсы находятся только у Вас, Ваши курсы на закрытом канале YouTube и т.п. ??? От ответов на эти вопросы многое зависит: цена-сроки, точно.
В заявке оставляю просто ни к чему не обязывающую цифру, после уточнений можно будет сориентировать и по срокам и по цене.
UPD. Делал подобный проект на MODx + видеоуроки тянули с YouYube.

Здравствуйте, имею опыт разработки сайта с курсами(могу показать пример в ЛС). От вас нужно время, чтобы изложить делали, а также готовность оформить на себя аккаунт в платежной системе для верификации оплаты курсов.

Опыт создания красивых и динамичных сайтов на Laravel+Vue есть, опыт покупки и настройки Домена и Хостинга есть. Главное желание от вас и коммуникабельность.

В целом выглядит не сложно и быстро в плане кода(1-2 недели, если есть дизайн), но может уйти неизвестное(действительно не знаю сколько) количество времени на покупку и верификацию домена, хостинга и ССЛ, а также на верификацию платежных систем. Поэтому точных сроков указать не могу, увы.
