Многие страницы, которые есть на сайте Сео Фрог Спайдер не показывает.

Причем здесь СЕО? Тут нужно смотреть в сторону правильной настройки сервера.

Приветствую, проблема не в сервере, а в Вас.
403 - доступ запрещен, руками попробовал вбить пару адресов в строку, пускает. Скорей всего, ваша программа может быть расценена как неблагоприятная, выполняет много запросов одновременно по многим страницам, вот сайт немного и шокирован таким поворотом событий)
По скрину не скажешь в чем проблема, но на всякий скину референс.

Возможно, есть еще вариант что смешанные языки в указанных URL'ах, что кстати немного странно. Например /istoriya-zarubijnoї-literaturi/ - что наталкивает на размышления -
