Здравствуйте, я хорошо разбираюсь в rasppberry pi. Готов реализовать. Только как вы хотите определять сколько именно вват вы подали. Можно определить только Low или High. Так же на raspberry нельзя подавать напряжение больше 3.3 вват. Это все gpio. Если вы хотите использовать какие-то другие модули для raspberry. То напишите.
