1. Current Situation
We are working with an outdated custom CRM/CMS.
There is a separate CRM (orders, clients) and a separate CMS (feed for marketplaces).
The CMS generates a feed, but customization is impossible without a programmer.
The programmer is not permanent, the system is "closed" for improvements.
We want to switch to ready-made solutions with support and development capabilities.
2. Main Requirements for the New System
2.1 CRM / ERP
Order and client accounting.
Complete financial accounting.
Flexible profit calculation: the ability to manually write formulas for several scenarios (for example, payment from individual entrepreneurs and limited liability companies).
Management of inventory, warehouses, and purchases.
2.2 Integrations
Marketplaces:
Order import.
Status exchange.
Automatic accounting of payments for imported orders.
“On Time” Service:
Automatic uploading of invoices, acts, and waybills.
Synchronization of document statuses (signed/awaiting signature).
1C / BAS: synchronization of balances and finances.
2.3 Feed Generator (Key Requirement)
Analog of PriceCreator from Rozetka, but with flexible settings.
Generation of several types of XML:
Content feed (titles, descriptions, characteristics, param, photos).
Price/availability feed.
Two languages for titles and descriptions.
The ability to store ID from partners in the product card to substitute their codes in the feed.
Flexible mapping: for example,
price → Wholesale Price → offer_price.
3. Implementation Priorities
Immediately:
A feed generator is needed for new networks (Monoshop, Comfy) → each has specific requirements for the XML structure.
In parallel:
CRM with API for importing orders from Monoshop and Comfy.
In January (after the season):
Migration of the remaining marketplaces.
Migration of balances and warehouses.
Setting up complete profit calculation.
As the last stage:
Integration with “On Time” (if it connects easily — it can be done immediately).
4. Desired Architecture
Ideally: a single system that includes CRM + ERP + feeds + integrations.
But we also consider the option of multiple systems if they specialize (for example, CRM + a separate feed manager), the main thing is that there are APIs for communication.
5. Who We Are Looking For
A private specialist or a team with experience in implementing CRM/ERP for e-commerce.
Important: experience with XML/YML feeds, marketplaces (Rozetka, Prom, Monoshop, Hotline, Comfy).
Desirable: experience integrating with On Time and 1C/BAS.
Product catalog ~1200-2000 SKUs.
