Требования:
- experience with UpWork Sales;
- fluent in English, both written and spoken
- natural ability and desire to sell;
- mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- understanding clients' desires and expectations;
- experience in problem-solving;
- attention to details;
- ability to negotiate with clients;
- ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
Будет плюсом:
- experience in conducting Market Research;
- generating UpWork leads;
- SPIN Selling.
Обязанности:
- UpWork sales;
- conducting market research;
- contributing to sales automation processes;
- manage the entire sales lifecycle;
- provide support for existing clients.
Рабочий график:
С 9:00 по 18:00, Пн — Пт
Выходные: Сб — Вс
Заработная плата:
15000 грн + бонус от продаж
(с перспективой роста):
Оплата 2 раза в месяц, 5-го и 20-го числа
