3. Пока выполняется задание исполнителем и между ним и заказчиком идет видеосвязь - видео должно быть доступно для админа, до момента закрытия задания и выплаты денег заказчику. Стрим должен быть между заказчиком и исполнителем через какой-то из возможных облачных сервисов с доступом к нему администратора.
