Web-based software that combines 2 images automatically

The project includes building a web-based software application that combines two images automatically. The first image is used as a fixed background, while the second image is uploaded by the user. The software will remove the background from the user's image, merge it with the background image and create a new combined image.

Below are the main features and requirements of the project:

- Form for collecting user information (name, email, phone).

- Image processing capabilities to remove backgrounds and blend images.

- Integration with an email service to send the final combined image to the user.

- Administrator functionality for viewing user details and downloading them as an Excel file.

- Localization of the site's content in Hebrew.

To implement this project, I am looking for a skilled programmer with expertise in the following topics:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python.

- Experience in website development using frameworks such as Flask or Django.

- Familiarity with image processing libraries, such as OpenCV.

- High problem solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet project schedules.

The project includes connecting a domain and a server (purchased by us) and integration with design. The project ends when the site is ready for use.
