Есть у меня один проект gorillawear.ua сайт там сделан на joomla с virtuemart. Так вот довелось мне делать им то что вам нужно xml файл в формате yaml с описанием категорий и товаров, и всё это в виде плагина который в автоматическом режиме парсил базу данных и выводил готовый xml файл. Вот пример http://gorillawear.ua/rozetka_core.xml. И на счёт оплаты 200 грн. это как то совсем по бедному для такого уровня знаний, хотелось бы хотя бы 500 грн. И не важно сколько у вас товаров, весь гемор в создании правильной структуры которую примет розетка, кстати могу вам оказать помощь в прайскреаторе.
