I served as the Tech Lead and Python Backend Developer for "Clip Translator", a startup project aimed at automating video translations across different languages.

**Project Task/Challenge**
The primary challenge was to develop a system that could efficiently translate videos into multiple languages while ensuring quick data processing and cost-effective video dubbing. The task was compounded by the need for an architecture capable of handling high loads associated with video processing.

**Project Solution**
1. **Architecture & System Design**: I spearheaded the design and implementation of a scalable microservices architecture that was robust enough to handle intensive video processing tasks.

2. **Optimization**: Through continuous research and development, I found ways to increase the data processing speed. This was achieved mainly by devising more optimal algorithms and integrating parallelism into the process.

3. **Cost Reduction**: Leveraging advanced sentence-level optimization and machine learning techniques, I managed to reduce video dubbing costs by 10-100 times. This strategic move positioned Clip Translator as a market-leading cost-effective solution.

4. **Deployment and Delivery**: I ensured the smooth transition of project updates from development to production by setting up a well-configured CI/CD process, enhancing the deployment efficiency and reducing potential downtimes.

5. **Tech Stack**: Utilized a diverse range of tools including Python, Deep Learning, PostgreSQL, Flask and FastAPI, Celery, Docker, Vue, Nginx, with CI/CD facilitated by GitLab, Alembic, and pytest.

With these solutions in place, the project quickly gained traction, securing hundreds of users within its first month post-launch.
