About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition needs on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of roles, while working independently and delivering results within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, databases, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Present shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring team.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and progress.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and metrics.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines.
• Experience recruiting across different industries and job levels is a plus.
• Access to professional recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is an advantage.
