Python Developer (Telegram Bot)

1. Introduction
We are looking for a Telegram facility Bot developer experienced with MySQL and Phyton Library’s for Bot creation, API configuration and GUI design. The facility bot will be developed for Engineering and Facility unit helpdesk, to handle service/maintenance request through telegram channel. Also, the facility bot will allow the user to provide feedback and get general information, related with maintenance and duty technicians on duty updates.
The facility bot checklist will incorporate Textbox, Radio Button, Drop-Down and attachment (both pictorial and textual) data structure. Bot interaction with the requester/responder should be button interfaces intensive rather than entering commands.
Submitting test bot script and previously developed bots’ portfolio is advantageous. Also, requirement elaboration and design elicitation will be advantageous for developer selection.  

2. Telegram Bot User Group:
Requester: Office occupants, residents, tenants, staff, and consultants.
Responders: Engineering and facility unit Help desk, supervisors, Inhouse Technicians, Housing unit Help desk and duty technicians.
Service Providers: Outsourced maintenance service providers, that works under the respective supervisor/technician supervision.  

3. Core Functional Requirement
a. Making service/maintenance request through Telegram with live status update
b. Create Custom roles for Admin, Requester, service providers and Facility Supervisors.
c. Receive Customer and Supervisors feedback in real time monitoring
d. Web Portal access for Admin interphase
e. Engineering General Information Pages
f. Check Technician on Duty
g. Review request on progress, performance, and quality
h. Identifying and analyzing repeatedly requested issue patterns (web portal)
i. Extract list of requests issued through the bot for different analysis (web portal)
j. Additional feature will be added upon the developer and Bot Admin request suggestion.


4. Major Interphases or roles.
The system will have three major roles with Requester, Admin and Service provider interphase. The overall activity of the Bot is managed by the admin, the rest will have customized interphase as per the tags designated for the specific user.  
A. Requester Interphase (Client Side) The user interphase is developed for all users/clients/requesters that are officially accepted by the admin for joining the Bot.
Allow the user to conduct the following core activities:
i. Send request, to join the Telegram bot group by searching for the bot’s name or scanning a QR code.
ii. Make a maintenance request by following the steps as guided by the bot checklist. also, the requester will receive case ID to indicate success in making the request and follow up the status and confirm with feedback when the work is completed.  
iii. Review general information about ILRI’s facility and unit service level agreement.
iv. Provide General work progress and quality Feedback
v. Check and directly assign request for the duty technicians
vi. Responding clarification request issued by responders, such as suitable schedule, material type and related issues.  
B. Admin Interphase: (Engineering and Housing Staff, Security): interphase with full access for managing roles privilege and editing users’ information with respective tags. This interphase will have both web portal and mobile app access to review overall requests and set the feature permission for requesters.
                    Allow the user to conduct the following core activities:
i. Accept/reject user request, to join the telegram bot group and set customized feature permission.
ii. Filter and review request history based on different criteria and all related detail.
iii. Assign/reassign tasks to the respective technicians/service provider and update maintenance request status
iv. Live performance monitoring dashboard. (Web Portal only)
v. Review client request confirmation and feedback (Web Portal only)
vi. Extract overall telegram bot request in excel or csv format for different analysis (Web Portal only)
vii. Managing requestors and responder customized permission tags.

C. Service Providers Interphase: The service providers interphase is designed for service providers technicians, for accepting and updating request that is forwarded by the requester/ the admin.
                                              Allow the user to conduct the following core activities:
i. Accept/reject/reassign request assigned by facility unit supervisors and update status for request under their tasks.
ii. Review related maintenance issue and action taken for forwarded request.
iii. Submit cost estimation for Engineering and Facility unit supervisors to resolve the assigned issue.
iv. Managing requestors and responder customized permission tags using requester, responders, and admin tags.
