Zapier automatization

Добрый день, хочу попробывать автоматизировать некоторые задачи, которые я выполняю на работе.

Цель: нужно экономить время, быть менее ленивым и чтобы работа продолжалась даже когда все спят.

Zapier выглядит как отличная и дешевая альтернатива созданию с нуля сайта/кода/проекта который будет использоваться на постоянной основе.

Еще если вы сможете записывать видео, рассказывая как zap работает и что именно вы делаете будет круто. Не только потому что я сам смогу научится делать advanced zaps, но и при этом я смогу понимать возможности сервиса и придумать какие еще задачи можно будет автоматизировать.

Сейчас у меня в планах сделать 5-7 zaps, но может быть мы будем делать еще.

basic tools that we can use with different zaps
- Zapier RSS feed
- Zapier Cron job(schedule)
- Zapier get data from Google Spreadsheet
- Zapier webhook with Heroku nodejs server
- Zapier call SendGrid/Amazon SES

step1 simple zaps
1) automatic email from Medium.com into Google Spreadsheet
2) RSS -> top feed -> Google Spreadsheet
2.1) RSS-> top feed-> count how much stories we published as a top story
3) Zap that will send RSS data to our Heroku nodejs server
4) RSS-> good company tag -> google spreadsheet + Slack?
5) How can RSS results be connected with our emails? Something similar to notifications. or maybe we can send quick SMS to our leader
6) Feed for scheduled stories: Draft URL/first three categories + Calendar(Google Or Airtable)
7) Submitted form -> saving data to Excel -> data goes to Heroku -> email + buzz at sponsors channel
8) Form: Report a story with emails/slack
9) Problem: we need to find a way of how to count how much stories published as a top or for other categories. This is an advanced thing.
