Senior C++ Developer (Brazil, Lebanon)
International Software Development company with offices in Brazil (Sao Paulo), Lebanon (Beirut) and USA (Palo Alto, CA) specializing on development of cross-platform Computer Vision, Virtual Reality, Geo-Referenced 3D Data Storage and Retrieval applications/ software, that will be deployed on the cloud, mobile phones, and gaming consoles is looking for professional Senior Software Engineer (C++).
Main requirements:
- BS or MS degree in IT or related field;
- 5+ years of experience with C++ in software development;
- Advanced experience in data structures, algorithms, and software design;
- Strong cross-platform development experience of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Linux applications.
Would be a plus:
- 2+ years of experience in one of such directions:
o developing large parallel/distributed computing systems;
o Image Processing, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition;
o Open CV.
- PhD in computer science or computer engineering;
- 2+ years of experience with one of:
o Objective C/ Android or other development tools for mobile phones;
o Experience in Geographic Information Systems;
o Image processing using CPU and GPU;
o OpenGL / OpenGL ES.
- Solid knowledge in network programming;
- Developing software that has been released to a large user-base;
- Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux.
