С задачей и текущим сайтом ознакомилась. Аналогичную задачу выполняла для nio.com.ua - то есть переезд с версии 1.5 на 3.2 со слиянием баз данных, полным сохранением структуры и редизайном. Думаю, переезд лучше реализовать инструментом экспорта-импорта контента - в таком случае информация будет полностью сохранена.

Обновления версии CMS с 1.5 на 3 как такового нет. Это реализуется только написанием сайта с нуля, так как у сборок разный синтаксис.

Касаемо дизайна, будет ли предоставлен дизайн всех страниц? Если да, то просьба предоставить для оценки. Если нет, то могу отрисовать или работать в паре с Вашим дизайнером (например, я проработаю структуру с учётом функционала, а дизайнер сделает визуальное оформление). Нужно обсудить.

Работаю на стартовом шаблоне, базирующемся на дефолтном (чтобы будущие обновления и доработки производились без проблем).
