Set up the server to work with PowerBI, transfer data from KeyCRM via API

I want to create a centralized data storage - clients, orders (data from KeyCRM)
I see it as follows:
1) Create a cloud database (for example, Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL) to store data.
The database should contain the following tables:
Clients table (consolidated with KeyCRM). - retrieve data via API
Orders table (detailed, from KeyCRM). - retrieve data via API
Marketing expenses table by days (from Meta Ads and Google Ads).
2) Ensure regular backup of the centralized data storage.
3) Automate data collection on marketing expenses from advertising channels Meta and Google Ads (can be done through apix-drive)
Optional:
- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for in-depth analysis of sales, customer base, and marketing campaign effectiveness (if you can do this - it will be an advantage)
Sales analysis: dynamics, average check, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), sales structure by products/services, regions, etc.
Customer base analysis: number of new and returning customers, segmentation of customers.
Marketing campaign analysis: ROI (Return on Investment), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), effectiveness of different channels and campaigns.
Budget is discussed depending on whether you do everything or part of it.
