I can implement all the described automation on n8n. I have already done similar integrations: Google Sheets + Telegram + complex status logic and daily reports by time.
Daily report at 8:00 PM New York time
Cron trigger → reading the necessary tabs → calculation for the period from 8:00 PM yesterday to 8:00 PM today → text generation → sending to the group.
Notifications on status change
Trigger on cell change in Sheets → filtering by necessary statuses → sending to the counterparty group or to the working group.
Counterparty tables (20 pieces)
I take a template → create 20 copies via Google Drive API → number them starting from 31.
When a new lead or changes in columns E/F occur → data is transferred to the main table + notification in Telegram.
… Column protection (only E and F are editable) will need to be set up manually in the tables themselves - n8n does not do this.
Partner tables (5 pieces)
Similarly, but numbering starts from 2.
New lead → copied to the main tab + message in the group RUS OWNERS&DRIVERS.
Main table
Lead from a partner → goes to RUS OWNERS&DRIVERS with the partner number in column E.
Change to status "In Progress" → select counterparty → copy to their table + notification.
Status/comment changes from the counterparty → return to the main tab + Telegram.
What is needed to get started
Access to the main table with editing rights.
Access to the Google Drive folder where all tables will be created.
Telegram bot token and chat_id of all necessary groups.
List of email addresses that need access to the tables (if already defined).
Deadlines
7-10 days for setup and testing. Depends on the number of clarifications regarding calculation formulas and report format.
