Amalthea is a long-term investment and real estate development firm focused on high-value residential and PropTech assets across Germany and Portugal. The platform was built to showcase their investment philosophy, present available properties, and provide internal tools for efficient asset and project management.

Project Scope & Your Contribution
As a Full-Stack Developer, I was responsible for the complete development of:

Public-Facing Website:
Designed to present available residential properties and real estate investment projects to potential investors and partners. The site includes dynamic listings with filters by region, property type, and status.

Custom Admin Panel:
A robust backend dashboard built for the Amalthea management team, allowing them to:

Manage listings and upload detailed property information

Track investment performance metrics

Assign user roles (e.g., analyst, editor, admin)

Control visibility of property portfolios based on geographic zones and project status

Business Logic Implemented
Property & Asset Management Module:
Including property characteristics (location, size, price, ROI potential), image galleries, downloadable brochures, and embedded Google Maps integration.

Investment Overview Dashboard:
Providing real-time insights into the portfolio performance, with charts showing revenue projections, occupancy rates, and historical value appreciation.

User Role & Permissions System:
With fine-grained control over content access and administrative actions.
