Project Description:
Built a fully automated booking chatbot for a
yoga studio with 120+ active clients. The bot
handles appointment scheduling in natural
language, syncs with Google Calendar in
real-time, and sends email confirmations
automatically — zero admin involvement needed.

The client was spending 4-5 hours daily on
manual booking via DMs. After deployment, 87%
of all inquiries are handled automatically,
and booking conversion increased by 38%.
