Today, cold brew is one of the most popular drinks on the coffee market in Ukraine. It is also important for the image of any coffee shop to produce its own drink according to a personal recipe. “IN THE MOOD” – one of the legendary coffee shops in Kharkiv and Ukraine in general, which was founded in 2015. And half a year later, the recipe was developed, brought to the ideal, and the first batch of cold brew was released for sale.
