The task was to create a service that can book office space for short-term rental (from 1 to 30 days). Customer: Noto Estate is a real estate agency that owns premium class office buildings across Europe. The customer used to provide office spaces to large companies for long-term rent. Due to COVID, many clients of Noto Estate do not need office spaces anymore, and Noto thinks about how to change the current business model. All office spaces are safe, in perfect condition, and have all required infrastructure (wi-fi, sanitary stations, furniture, projectors, whiteboards, etc.). Noto can provide spaces of any size - designed to work safely during the pandemic time.
