• Work closely in a multi-disciplinary team of product designers, researchers, and marketing professionals
• Lead the Design Thinking Process, focusing on understanding the needs of users and creating innovative solutions for the client
• Participate in user research and partner with internal researchers on usability testing
• Create wireframes, user interface design and prototypes using Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design tools
• Create and deliver high quality Visual Design outcomes (layouts, components, supporting documentation, etc.)
• Utilize analytics, insights and customer data to identify opportunities for improving visual design
• Collaborate with other designers and researchers offering advice and constructive feedback on design/ usability review
• Act as a key member of diverse team working in a fast-paced agile environment
• Engage with clients to proactively identify areas of improving user experience
