It is my first product from Toy&Games.

Goals:
1) To push the first sales.
2) ACoS < 30%
3) To find the most effective way to advertise.

My actions:
1) Check the ASIN for retail readiness and make edits.
2) Analyze competitors, other resources and make a list of keywords.
3) Develop a promotion strategy.
4) Create and run advertising campaigns with automatic and manual targeting.
5) At the first stage, optimize existing companies every day and keep abreast.
6) To make decisions about placement efficiency and choose the best ways for ads.
7) Testing category and product targeting.

Timeline:
1.01 - 1.06 - Launched two companies: manual and automatic. In the first month, we identified variations that sold worse and paused its performing. As a result, ACoS in the automatic campaign has dropped from 84.57% to 46.6%. And after additional optimization, ACoS in the next months became about 30%. In addition, comparing the results of manual and automatic campaigns, we realized that the manual campaign figures are lagging behind in spite of optimization. It was decided to pause it.
1.07 - 1.11 - I worked only with automatic campaign. It should be noted that many variations went out of stock and I had to use less effective variations. This affected the overall performance, but in general, ACoS was in the range of 11-20%.
1.01 - 1.03 - I continue to look for the most effective placements. Category targeting did not show the desired result, now we are trying product targeting. Now ACoS is 26,2%.

Results:
1) We've got first orders in a short time.
2) An average ACoS is 29,41% (for all the time) and 23% (for the last 7 month).
3) We found out that automatic targeting works better than manual ones for this product.
4) We also found 4 of the most effective variations.
