Designed end-to-end UX/UI for the registration, authentication, and personal account module of the Nova B2B SaaS platform (targeting restaurants and retail businesses).
Key contributions:

Designed multi-step registration and login flows, including email confirmation, password recovery, and onboarding to the personal dashboard
Created the organization profile setup wizard (step-by-step form with IIN/BIN validation via government registry API, branch management, and banking details)
Designed the personal dashboard architecture covering 9 core sections: Organization, Connections (POS & aggregators), Orders, Analytics, Notifications, User Profile, and Admin panel
Defined UX patterns for connection statuses (POS systems: iiko, r-keeper, 1C; aggregators: Wolt, Glovo, Yandex.Food), error states, and real-time data updates
Worked closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure design feasibility; contributed to the Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
Ensured responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile; aligned with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines
