Short project brief for filling the website content for the "Knowledge Base" section (≈70 unique pages × 4 languages)

This document is the full version of the requirements for the content of the "Knowledge Base" section.
It immediately describes the actual scope of work (≈70 unique pages × 4 languages), to avoid the situation of "it was easier at first, and then it got complicated".

1. General requirements

1.1. Languages

• Base language of the content: Ukrainian (UA).
• Mandatory language versions:
  • Ukrainian (UA)
  • Russian (RU)
  • English (EN)
  • German (DE)

For each page, all 4 languages must be localized.

Translation/localization is required for:

• H1, H2, H3
• all main text
• SEO Title and Meta Description
• FAQ texts (questions + answers)
• button texts (in the body of the page and at the bottom)
• titles and descriptions in the YouTube block (if a localized version is used).

1.2. URLs and slugs

• The language is encoded in the URL prefix:
  /uk/, /ru/, /en/, /de/.
• Page slugs:
  • only in Latin script (unified form, without Cyrillic);
  • the same for all languages, differing only by the language prefix.
  • Example:
    /uk/baza-znan/...
    /ru/baza-znan/...

1.3. Polylang

For each unique page:

• create 4 versions (UA, RU, EN, DE);
• in Polylang (Language & Translations) all 4 versions must be linked as one entry in different languages.

2. Types of pages

In the "Knowledge Base" section, there are two types of pages:

1. Section Hub (category)
2. Information Article (single page)

3. Hub Structure (Categories)

Purpose:
The main page of the section that collects all articles on a specific topic (e.g., "Technique", "Strikes", "Tactics", etc.).

Mandatory blocks:

1. Featured Image
   • One main image that visually conveys the theme of the section.
2. H1
   • Title of the section (UA/RU/EN/DE).
3. Short description (intro)
   • 2–3 sentences:
     • who this section is for;
     • what questions it helps to solve;
     • how it is useful for the player.
4. List/tiles of subsections or articles
   • Format at the discretion of the topic (grid/list).
   • For the main hub "Knowledge Base" — tiles of all main blocks (Technique, Strikes, Tactics, Mistakes, Rules, Training Process).
   • For section hubs — a list of all articles in this section (minimum: title + short description).
5. Navigation button(s)
   • For example: "All articles in the section" / "Return to the Knowledge Base".
6. SEO block
   • Separately for each language:
     • SEO Title
     • Meta Description

4. Structure of the Information Article (Single Page)

Purpose:
Detailed material on one specific topic: strike, tactical principle, rule, typical mistakes, training plan, etc.

Mandatory blocks:

1. Featured Image
   • Visual image of the topic (strike, situation, training).
2. H1 + lead paragraph
   • H1: title of the topic (without fluff, clear).
   • Lead paragraph: 2–4 sentences that:
     • briefly explain what the article is about;
     • give the reader an understanding of what benefit they will gain.
3. YouTube block

Single standard block (same design for all articles):

• Embedding a video or playlist related to the topic of the article.
• Settings:
  • Autoplay: ON (muted by default).
  • Loop: ON.
  • Controls: ON.
  • Related videos: if possible OFF / minimize external videos.
• SEO for video:
  • Localized title.
  • Localized short description (2–3 sentences).
• For each language version of the page, the text descriptions (title, description) must be translated, even if the video itself is the same.
3. Main content
   • At least 3 logical blocks with H2.
   • H3s are allowed within H2 blocks.
   • The text must:
     • be structured (short paragraphs, lists, subheadings);
     • avoid "walls of text";
     • be oriented towards beginner/intermediate players;
     • clearly explain:
       • "what it is";
       • "when/why to use it";
       • "how to do it correctly";
       • "what typical mistakes are".
4. FAQ block (accordion)
   • Mandatory for almost all information articles.
   • H2 title:
     options like "FAQ: frequently asked questions on this topic".
   • Format:
     • accordion/spoilers (expandable questions/answers).
   • Quantity:
     • 3–7 questions per page.
   • Mandatory conditions:
     • questions must directly relate to the topic of the article (specific strike / tactical situation / rule / type of mistakes / training plan);
     • do not add general questions like "what is padel?" in an article about a specific strike;
     • do not duplicate content:
       if there is an H2 "What is bandeja", do not make an FAQ "What is bandeja?" with the same text.
5. Bottom block with two buttons (2 columns)
   • 2 columns (½ + ½) at the bottom of the page.
   • Left button (Secondary):
     • purpose: return to the section;
     • text like:
       "All articles in the section “[Section Title]”";
     • link: to the hub of the corresponding section (tactics, strikes, mistakes, rules, training process).
   • Right button (Primary):
     • purpose: CTA for training;
     • text like:
       "Sign up for training" (each language has its own variant);
     • link: to the training sign-up page.
6. Internal navigation buttons in the text (optional but recommended)
   • Can be placed after specific important H2s.
   • Format:
     • one button in one column (full width of the text).
   • Logic:
     • if there is a specific related article → button leads to it;
     • if there is no specific article → leads to the section hub.
7. SEO block

For each language version:

• SEO Title (logical, with the main keyword, without clickbait).
• Meta Description (up to ~155 characters, with the main benefit and key query, written in a lively language).

5. Structure of the "Knowledge Base" section and scope of work

Without detailing the titles of pages, but with approximate quantity.

5.1. Main hub "Knowledge Base"

• 1 hub page:
  • tiles of sections: Technique, Strikes, Tactics, Mistakes, Rules, Training Process;
  • short description of each section.

5.2. Thematic blocks

Approximate structure (without specific article titles):

1. Section "Technique"
   • 1 hub page.
   • 2–3 general articles on basic technical principles (position, grip, foot movement, etc.).
2. Section "Strikes"
   • 1 hub page.
   • ~20 articles on individual strikes (for each strike — a complete article template with a "Practical Exercises" block + FAQ).
3. Section "Tactics"
   • 1 hub page.
   • ~10–12 articles:
     • grid control;
     • pair positioning;
     • court geometry;
     • serve/receive tactics;
     • lobs, transition zones, Golden Point, play from the wall, etc.
4. Section "Mistakes"
   • 1 hub page.
   • ~7–8 articles:
     • typical mistakes of beginners;
     • positioning mistakes;
     • tactical mistakes;
     • communication mistakes;
     • mistakes in the training process;
     • mental mistakes, etc.
5. Section "Rules"
   • 1 hub page.
   • ~7–8 articles:
     • basic rules and the course of play;
     • serve and receive;
     • walls, net, ricochets;
     • score, tiebreak, Golden Point;
     • player positions and side changes;
     • etiquette and safety;
     • where to find the complete official regulations.
6. Section "Training Process"
   • 1 hub page.
   • ~12–14 articles, of which:
     • general:
       • how to build training (session structure);
       • plan for beginners (X weeks);
       • plan for intermediate level;
       • how to combine training and matches;
       • physical preparation;
       • injury prevention;
       • training without a court;
       • training without a coach;
     • detailed plans for key strikes:
       • individual training articles with ready sessions (45–60 min) for:
         • bandeja;
         • vibora;
         • smesha;
         • serve;
       • separate article with exercises for grid control (drills).

Note:
Basic exercises for each strike are found in the articles of the "Strikes" section.
The "Training Process" section provides detailed training plans (training session scenarios) for key topics.

5.3. Total scope

• Approximately:
  • about 70 unique pages (hubs + articles) within the "Knowledge Base" section.
  • Variations within 70 ± 5 are allowed (depending on what additional auxiliary articles will be added).
• Each unique page:
  • has 4 language versions (UA, RU, EN, DE);
  • fully formatted according to the structure of this brief (blocks, FAQ, buttons, SEO, YouTube block).

Thus, the total scope of work =
≈ 70 unique pages × 4 languages = 280 language pages,
each with a clearly defined structure, FAQ, internal links, and a CTA block for training.

This version of the brief already describes the real complexity and completeness of the task. Later, when detailing the list of pages (with titles and topics), the requirements will not change — only the specific topic of each article will change.
