Kherson Maritime Specialised Training Centre under State Maritime Academy – Kherson, Ukraine

Lead Instructor/ Centre Manager Deputy, 2012 to Present

Monitor and coordinate instructors of all departments while conducting audit of courses to ensure

adherence of international standards and KMSTC requirements.

Perform verification of corrective action within time constraints. Execute regular instructor minutes of meetings along with assessment of achievements, issues, target orientation, and effectiveness of the centre. Identify foreign and local customers’ needs to develop and implement new courses by working in close collaboration with management team. Follow all industry, customers, and company development requirements while organising coaching and training sessions as well as preparing training centre.
