A - House project in the mountains, for young family with extraordinary views. The house has two floors and an attic. The yard is quite large and there is a pool and a Jacuzzi, with a wonderful grass and relaxation area. The house for the whole family was designed according to the wishes of all residents of the cottage.

Living outside the city has recently become increasingly popular. Fresh air, own area, silence, the large amount of free space - there are many reasons. Panoramic windows - a modern solution that makes rooms more spacious, penetrates more light and opens magnificent views of mountain uplands.

Here you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal while admiring the modern environment, which offers relaxation and arouses appetite. Modern style natural atmosphere and thoughtful functionality are the main aspects we use to implement in our bakery interior design. They were combined with a few contemporary elements and the contrast created is pleasant, beautiful, and functional.

House in Suburb Kutaisi. The owners of the house fulfilled their old dream - have gone to live closer to nature in their country house. It is not just a summer vacation home, it is a home in the private sector for permanent residence at any time of the year. Working on the project for a couple with two children and grandparents, I took into account the tastes and habits of all family members and made them into a single interior of a spacious country house with practical and convenient interiors.

Seaside Apartment 3500 sq.ft. – Interior design and complete reconstruction of the apartment. The customer, the young programmer, dreamed of a modern, functional living space. The original condition of the apartment was the frame house. I combined several sections into a living-dining room-kitchen-hallway. In the next room, there is a Master Bedroom, in there are two spaces: wardrobe area and master bathroom. The living room is connected to the big basement, where I created an office and rest area for my customer. I combined the owner’s dreams, hopes and create a modern and comfortable apartment on the seaside. The view from the balcony and panoramic windows are unusual and wonderful.

Little of space 30 sq.m. gives preferential treatment to the creation of the original solutions. The plan was to create a modern apartment that the client would rent. The requirement was to make the layout so that the bedroom, living room-kitchen and hallway were separate. The original condition of the apartment was the frame house - the outer walls and windows, nothing more. Design, 3D visualization, and the preliminary estimate of repair works were done.

Nexus --- Office 170 sq.m. The area is located on the 2nd floor of a 6-storey building, about 100 meters from the Tbilisi City Hall. Condition of the area for repair. In agreement with the client, I performed: re-planning of the office, Interior Design, 3D Rendering, creation of a preliminary estimate of the repair works. We developed an office cooling-ventilation project with our partner.
