My name is Elena. I'm experienced in translation and proofreading. I have Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and my English level is Advanced. I also have an experience working as Customer Support.

I believe my strong points are my Resposibility and Punctuality. My #1 goal will always be to meet your needs and deadline. When working on a new project, I like to communicate with the client, so that I can have a clear understanding of his/her needs. I’m honest and fair.

I am always eager to get new experience and to develop my practical skills. So I am very interested in working as a Customer Support Representative.
