I was granted a scholarship from the Summit Fund for exchange to Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute in December 2016. I wrote a scientific article, which was presented at the International Conference at Alytaus Kolegija University of Applied Sciences, Lithuania, on April 19, 2017, and the article was published.

During this training we understand the causes of conflicts youngsters are dealing with and learned  different Conflict Management tools ( conflict mapping, co-operation solutions, non-violent communication, negotiation and mediation ).  We learned how to resolve conflicts, what kind of approaches can be applied in conflicts' solutions. During the project we faced different social and civic conflict situations, we learned how to cope with them basing on various social and cultural backgrounds. We tried to use all the skills and knowledge to become active participants in civic life at national level.

We understand business behavior, profit and loss making firms, advertising strategy, have to make good decisions. Impart basic tools of pricing and output decisions. Optimize production mix and input mix. Optimal design of internal and external incentives. We also learned to properly build a profitable business ideas . During my studies I passed the exams and graduated from course.

Successfully completed a program in Norwegian language and Ukrainian politics, history, economics and culture. All participants had a chance to present their own culture, customs and traditions, national cuisine. We used music and other forms of art to express our ideas, mood, to enrich our awareness about cultures of presented countries. Accomplishing the given tasks during the workshops we've been doing our best in turning creative ideas into actions. I acquired several noteworthy skills such as:language proficiency, social competence, social activity and human rights.

During this programme, I acquainted myself with political, economic and social life of modern Poland, acquired practical skills at scientific and cultural spheres in Poland. Along with this, I completed two projects and got a first-hand experience of the structure of the state of Poland, as well as of the European Union, the process of post-communist reforms, using the example of Poland, and met with representatives of various institutions and NGOs, who shared their knowledge about their activities and organisation.

During this particular course of social entrepreneurship, I learned all the theoretical and practical aspects of work in this sphere, passed all exams and got an excellent mark for all three courses, namely Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Service Vision Management.

I am doing an internship at NGO "BARD" in the position of SMM manager. My role covers the development of SMM strategy, writing articles and event reports for the web-site, participation in public and civic sectors' events, work with people through social media websites.

To begin with, I work as a Manager of the Customer Service in an export company, which is engaged in the supply of goods to regional wholesale companies and network stores. In other words, my main job is a search for new customers and consulting on specific types of products, that are on sale in every specific company. Apart from this, my duties include preparation of documents, catalogues, price lists and also a coordination of clients through various aspects of this particular sphere. To tell you the truth, it is a very interesting job for me, because it correlates with my academic interests and it is my firm aim to continue to work in the sphere of finances. Finally, I made it clear to myself, that I enjoy and love what I do, and I believe, that it is the most important thing of all.
