Responsibilities: 

•  Partner with development leads to ensure the release of quality products. Own a specific product area and/or a specific technology layer. 
• Collaborate with the team. Participate in the continuous refinement of our processes and methodologies in the team.
• Work collaboratively with Product Management to understand customer needs, user stories and define release acceptance criteria.
• Execute QE tasks through a product’s life cycle: requirements, test plan, test scenarios, test data generation, automated test development, test execution, acceptance review, and release to Production.
• Using strong interpersonal and communication skills, share best practices with the Product Engineering Team and broader audiences.
• Improve software quality through testing and advocacy, with a constant focus on the customer experience.
• Create and execute test plans, file bugs, and communicate with the team about issues
• Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the testing process

• Have Expert level of Software Quality Control process and SDLC. 
• Able to follow, actively influence and enhance a defined Software Quality Control process. 
• Showing strong understanding of project documentation.
•  Provide high-quality functional requirement and specification review and analysis.
•  Creates high-quality test plans, test cases and test result reports.
