Для меня не проблема составить в Фотошопе (или Иллюстраторе) макет каждой из страниц сайта (дизайн), сверстать по готовому макету веб-страницу, придать динамичности HTML-страницам, посадить сайт на CMS. Имею опыт работы с версткой писем для e-mail рассылки. На стадии верстки я использую современные разработки такие как scss, также css-код по Вашему желанию может быть оформлен в соответствие с методологией Yandex BEM. Имею опыт работы с Boostrap. Знаком с Model-View-Controller и соответствующими фреймворками. Мой код всегда интуитивно понятен, с ним легко работать в дальнейшем.
