Position: DevOps & QA Lead Functions: 

● Promotion of improved Configuration Management & Continuous Development 

● Automated and human Web, mobile and desktop applications testing; 

● Test documentation development (Test Plan, Test Suite, Test cases, Checklist etc.); 

● Software test automation (Selenium Webdriver and Java, Junit); 

● Manual Testing/Cross platform testing. Summary: 

● Senior DevOps Manager/Analyst experienced in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and documentation, use casing, functional specification, business case analysis, quality assurance and testing; 

● Experienced with business development and people management; 

● Extensive knowledge of object oriented analysis and design using unified modelling language (UML), waterfall cycle and agile software process methodologies; 

● Experience in interacting with business users and executives to identify information needs, gather requirements, and authoring business requirement documents (BRD), use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams using UML modeling; 

● Ability to understand the client's market sector and therefore provide them with independent professional advice and guidance; 

● Can effectively work on own initiative, as part of a team, or as the leader of a group; 

● Being involved in a project from evaluation, conception and completion; 

● Ability to provide leadership, motivation and strategic direction to a multifaceted team; 

● Team player, strong attention to detail, ability to work with staff at all levels within an organisation;

● Able to manage and control projects in multiple project environments;

● Liaising with outside IT consultants and other third party contractors to ensure projects completed on time; 

● Preparing progress reports for Project and Product Managers; 

● Able to sell the benefits of projects to target audiences;

● Skilled in translating business objectives into prioritized functional requirements and recommending feasible solutions to business problems; 

● Experienced with training and mentoring team members with product knowledge, software development and business processes; 

● Strong work ethic, taking ownership of all duties and responsibilities and meeting management objectives; 

● Extensive experience in business analysis, gap analysis, cost/benefit analysis, risk analysis, testing, development of functional specifications and project planning; 

● Strong business acumen, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
