Also, more than 1 year of my life has been dedicated to work as Hosting Customer Support Representative. I have been working with the customers all over the world providing best support in this field. My work includes:
- setting up the DNS and nameservers,
- basic SSL setup
- understanding of WHM/cPanel structure
- setup of different CMS, such as WordPress, etc.
- CloudFlare understanding
- basic code debugging
