I have more than 10 years experience of QC testing activities. During my work I've performed the following:
Collecting, analyzing and clarifying information about the project and project requirements;
Functional requirements analysis;
Test planning;
Test execution (manual testing) and defects tracking;
Test status reporting;
Preparing the documents like: Test Strategy, Compatibility Matrix, Test Design, Risk Assessment, Case Study.
Also, I've successfully managed QC team of 5 people including international workers.
